Quinton is a handsome 2 year old who is looking for a stable home where he can learn to overcome his fear of men. Before Quinton was transferred to the ARL from another Maine shelter, he and his "brother" Xander were reportedly strays for some time. Quinton is currently being treated for Heartworm disease. It would be best for him to be placed in a home during his treatment, as the stressful environment of shelter life is unhealthy for him during this time. Quinton has made great strides since his first few days at the ARL. While men still remain an issue for him, he is showing signs of improvement every day. Quinton is very playful and loves to snuggle with special people. He may be successful in a home with another dog and older children.
